What do I need to follow the DVD lectures? A basic understanding of using your computer, A DVD player (stand-alone or in you computer) and a recent version of Photoshop (NOT Photoshop Elements). I use Photoshop 8 in the DVD. You can download a trial of Photoshop from the Adobe website.

Who is George Panella and RazorStudio? I'm a graphic artist that has been making online comics for over 5 years and drawing for most of my life. I also have been using computers to create graphics and art since the late 80's. I've also created one of the more well-known online Manga subscriptions sites WirePop. RazorStudio is the company name that I use for my sites and projects.

Was the DVD professionally created? The DVD was created by myself using various professional programs. I have about 4 years of experience in video production and editing. The video was created on a Mac and edited in Final Cut Pro. The DVD itself is burned and tested in-house and not mass-pressed. This keeps the cost low since this is niche product. As you can see from the image on the homepage we utilize high quality color printing and place the DVD in a high-quality DVD case.

Does the DVD work in all countries? The DVD is region 0 allowing playback in all countries.

Is your DVD guaranteed? We do our best to have the product shipped safely and undamaged. If any DVD should be damaged in shipping or prove to be a defective copy, we will exchange it with a new one. This guarantee is valid up to 60 days after the date of purchase. The damaged DVD will have to be shipped back to us at your cost. DVDs will only be exchanged with another copy. Payment is non-refundable.

Shipping

How are your DVD's shipped? We ship to US residents using United States Postal Service(USPS) Priority Mail in large envelopes that have internal padding.

Do you accept international order? We will ship internationally providing you are able to import media products from the US. PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any customs taxes or fees your country may have for importing these DVDs. We are also not responsible for any delays or lost items due to customs, and if customs returns your order to us we will charge you for the reshipment of your order. However, if a problem with customs occurs, we will do our best to help get your order released. If you wish to make an international order please use our contact form and provide your country so that we may send you a PayPal payment request with the proper shipping cost.

Payment

Do you accept payments other then PayPal? We currently only accept payment through PayPal, but you do not have to be a PayPal member to make a payment. PayPal now allows anyone to make a payment with a credit card without having a PayPal account. When you make an order you will see an option to pay without a PayPal account.
